A training on “Science and Journalism: Together Against Infodemia” was held at Museum Gallery Dimitar Georgiev. The seminar aims to lay the foundation for long-term cooperation between scientists and the media.
Lecturers are: Maria Cheresheva (journalism and part of the team of AEJ – Bulgaria); Georgi Marchev (from the fact-finding platform Factcheck.bg); Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vessela Kazashka (Center for Plant Systems Biology and Biotechnology, CRSBB), Prof. Dr. Iliya Tsachev, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Thracian University and Stoyanka Pastermova, Faculty of Economics, Thracian University.

The Science and Journalism: Together Against Infodemia project, launched in October 2021, provides a series of trainings and fact-finding collaborations. It is implemented with financial support from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway under the European Economic Area (EEA) Financial Mechanism.
