He graduated from the NAA /1915/ under professors Ivan Mrkvička, Anton Mitov, Ivan Angelov and Yaroslav Veshin. He completed a two-year specialization at the School of Franz Stuck in Berlin. A foremost marine artist. He also produced graphics.
