He graduated from the NAA /1925/ under Prof. Nikola Ganushev. He specialized in Paris under professors A. Bernard and B. Маché. He worked in the fields of landscapes, portraits and figural compositions. Tabakov employed clear brushstrokes and a bright, cheerful palette of colours.
