Today,  Museum Gallery “Dimitar Georgiev” – Plovdiv celebrates the national holiday of Bulgaria and the four anniversary of its opening.

During these 4 years of activity, the gallery has welcomed many Bulgarian and foreign delegations, significant personalities, artists, citizens and guests of Plovdiv. A number of special events are celebrated here, national awards for achievements are given out, concerts and exhibitions are held. The activities are many and diverse, related to education, culture and art in all its forms. In these halls, art is everywhere around us. Here, during these 4 years, the gallery gives a stage to proven and young artists, realizes creative ideas and develops their potential.

The double holiday today was celebrated this morning with a rich festive concert in the gallery’s concert hall of the gallery. The program was prepared by the second-year students of the bachelor’s degree program “Marketing and Communications in the Arts”, studying at the Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts “Prof. Asen Diamandiev” – Plovdiv, contained classical guitar and piano performances, opera arias and of course folk performances, without which no holiday is complete.
