Advance International Company (www.aee.bg) chose Dimitar Georgiev Gallery to present specialized lighting solutions from the unique Viennese company Bakalowits Lighting design in Vienna – Bakalowits Licht Design GmbH, manufacturer of designer chandeliers and lighting fixtures more than 178 years. The company founded in 1845 keeps its tradition and for seven generations has been developing its activity all over the world.

The event was graced by Mr. Fili Kupfer, Commercial Counselor at the Embassy of the Republic of Austria in the Republic of Bulgaria and Chairman of Advantage Austria Sofia (Austrian Trade Commission in Bulgaria), by Mr. Maximilian Bakalowitz (designer of the company). From the Bulgarian side, Mr. Bogdan Georgiev (owner of Advance), Mr. Bozhidar Kostov (Advance) and Mrs. Vaska Baklarova, chairman of the Business Lady Club Plovdiv were present.

Among the works of the Bulgarian classical artists and the revival style of the house, after the opening words of Mr. Kupfer, Mr. Bakalowitz presented the exquisite lighting fixtures in the style of Art Deco, Orient, Modern, etc. At the exquisite cocktail, the attendees had the opportunity to exchange thoughts and ideas about the uniqueness of the Austrian company’s products.
