An exhibition of Ukrainian artist Oksana Stratiychuk opened in the Dimitar Georgiev Museum Gallery in Plovdiv. The exhibition “Landscape and still life” is dedicated to the Independence Day of Ukraine, which is celebrated on August 24.

The event is under the patronage of the Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Plovdiv Dimitar Georgiev and the Embassy of Ukraine in Bulgaria. The opening was attended by representatives of the regional and municipal administrations, well-known intellectuals and public figures.

Oksana Stratychuk is an internationally recognized master of graphics and a prominent figure in the Ukrainian contemporary art world. She returns to Plovdiv after participating in several prestigious biennales.

The exhibition, with which the author is a guest for the second time at the Plovdiv “Dimitar Georgiev” gallery, presents bizarre mythical tales and still lifes.
